Leadership
Leadership is all about people. But, in traditional training and educational programs hard skills are primarily taught - how to run a cash register, operate a forklift, do journal entries, do legal research, or answer phones. The soft skills - which I describe as those which define us as an individual and human - are rarely taught. If you are fortunate, they are learned through life lessons from your parents, co-workers, bosses, or friends. A leader needs both types of skills to be effective and successful.
We work with you to customize a leadership program to develop both types of skills for your leaders. While we do not provide the training on hard skills, we can assist you in finding competent and knowledgable experts which can be integrated into an overall leadership development plan.
